PFB is a buyout at 1.35 cash, why short it?

TRIGR doesn’t read the news, unfortunately. If we could teach it to that, we’d be on to something. Good eye, though. And it brings up an interesting point. PFB was on teh short list Monday, opened at 1.20 or so. It closed Tuesday at 1.12, good for 6.6%, but also well below the buyout price.
